Join the yoga retreats integrating other elements such as art, ayurveda, healing, ceremonies...Next is in Costa Brava (May 2023) and Egypt (October 2023).

To dive deeper, you can join the mentorship program , a 100hrs program designed to deepen your philosophical knowledge and practice. A mix of theory, group and one-to-one practice for students not ready to embark on the cost and commitment of a teacher's certification. (will be back soon).
